Since the LED-amp voltages have a negative temperature coefficient, they are not fixed and will vary with temperature. Analysis of main parameters: input voltage, output voltage, output current, output power, power factor, line indication, temperature increase, overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, etc.
Then heat treatment
LEDs are sensitive to temperature, and the negative temperature coefficient is also mentioned in the front. Therefore, it is necessary to review heat sink treatment. In theory, the heat sink material is more suitable for aluminum, but it also distinguishes between aluminum, aluminum and cast aluminum. In addition, the contact position and area of the cooling flange and the light source and the aluminum substrate and the aluminum casing directly affect the conduction and heat dissipation effects of the core temperature of the LED chip.
Finally, a lighting test
Under normal conditions, lighting designers who review samples require a lighting test. The color temperature, brightness, spot shape, beam angle, and lamp body temperature are all control details of the lighting designer. The first steps are theoretically and superficially assessed, and the final result comes down to the lighting test.
